*Park closing time varies depending on guest flow. Generally the closing time is no earlier than 11:00 or later than midnight.
Park Rules and Regulations
- Weapons are not permitted at Santa's Park.
- Bringing alcohol or illegal substances into Santa's Park is prohibited.
- Camera Policy at Santa's Park: Due to public safety concerns, tripods
are not permitted in commonly traveled walkways. However, certain out-of-the-way
locations are available for tripod use, and use of these locations is not
to exceed five minutes. For acceptable locations, please contact Guest Services.
We appreciate your cooperation.
- There are no refunds. Santa’s Park is open rain or shine.
- Wheelchair and stroller rentals are available at park entrance
Ride Rules and Regulations
For the convenience of our guests, guidelines have been established in determining
accessibility to rides.
- Guests must meet all age, height, and weight requirements for each attraction
as posted at the entrance to the attraction
- Accessibility may vary depending upon special conditions or particular
disabilities
- Guests with casts, stitches, or who have undergone recent surgery are
requested to ask about any limitations that may apply
- Please ask for assistance from ride operators at each ride when evaluating
ability to load, ride, and unload
- For the safety of our guests, employees, and Santa's Park, we reserve
the right to make the final decision regarding ride eligibility
- Some rides may not be appropriate for guests wearing open-toed shoes.
